Q: Is ordering online secure?

A: Purchasing products from us are absolutely secured and protected. We guarantee the protection of the privacy of our customers with the use of payment gateways used by reputable online stores.

 

Q: How do I place my order?

A: If you are finished adding items to your cart and you finally decided to buy the items, just click the Add to Cart link and you will be directed to choose a payment method.

 

Q: How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

A: To check what items are in your shopping cart, click on the “Cart” with the icon in the upper-right part of the screen. In your cart, you can see the list of items you have chosen and have the option to add or remove particular items as you desire.

 

Q: How do I add items to my cart?

A: To add items on your cart, browse for products and click the item you want to buy and just click the “Add to Cart” button., then edit the number of quantity and variant you want to purchase. After you finish, you can proceed shopping some more items or complete your order.

 

Q: How do I remove items from my cart?

A: You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the “Cart” button. This will let you see all items currently in your cart. Once you identified the items that you would like to remove, click on “X” on the right side.

 

Q: How do I change the quantity I want a particular item in my cart?

A: You can change the number or quantity of the items on your cart by clicking the  "Cart” button. This will let you view all the items and quantities currently in your cart. To change the number of an item, click the Minus (-) or Plus (+) sign or type the number of the quantity you desire. This will automatically update the total price.

 

Q: How do I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?

A: If you want to sign in to your account just enter your registered email address and/or username and the password then click the log-in link. If you want to edit your profile and account info click Edit Profile link.

 

Q: How will I know that you have received my order?

A: We will send you an email confirmation that your order was successfully placed. Please make sure that the email address you provide is active. Upon processing, we will forward or send you a supplementary information via email about the total cost of your order and the tracking information.



Q: What are your payment options?

A: We accept major credit /debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via Paypal.

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: For concerns about returns, please send us an email with your concerns. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

Q: What if I have received a defective item?

A: In case you received a defective item, please send us a message to determine the best possible resolution to return, replace or refund the item.

 

Q: How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

A: You should receive your order within 4-6 business days after payment confirmation. If you encounter setbacks in getting your order, communicate with us directly and we will assist you to check the status of your order.
